By purchasing three adjacent apartments along with some common parts of the building, our client enabled us to reconfigure the layouts of all three to create the optimal layout for each. Sitting in the lower parts of this pair of six-storey buildings, we carefully navigated the changing needs of the freeholders-in-residence along with those at various points around the globe. Key to the success of the scheme was the introduction of robust sound and thermal insulation throughout and the upgrading of common incoming services. The building was further extended into the garden and new landscaping was introduced to the front and rear.
