Complete restoration of a 6,000ft2 grade 2 listed house in Primrose Hill. Originally a house, then letting rooms and a low specification developer fit-out at the time that we were commissioned. All of the original elements were faithfully restored under our direction. Contemporary bathrooms and kitchens were added with completely new plumbing and electrical installations. A new roof was added and new windows and floors were introduced throughout.
